(01) The brief
Movitec manufactures and sells components for food industry production lines. Its customers search by the technical name of the part; it needed one page per product that shows up on Google for every search.
(02) What it does
- One URL per product with a spec sheet, applications and photos.
- A quote button that opens WhatsApp with the product name already written.
- Catalog by product family and a search box.
(03) How it was built
- Statically generated routes per product in Next.js: each spec sheet is a real indexable page, not a modal.
- Product and organization structured data for rich results.
- Sitemap and metadata generated automatically from the catalog.
(04) Security
- Site with no database and no server-backed forms: minimal attack surface.
- Strict security headers.
(05) Speed and Google
Static pages with WebP images; full load in under a second on 4G.
(06) What it deliberately doesn’t do
- No cart and no payments: industrial sales close by quotation.
- The catalog is updated in code (no panel), at the client’s request to avoid a database bill.
